About us

A small developer that would rather build four good projects than forty fast ones.

PrimeFlat Realty has been building homes in Pune for over a decade. We are deliberately small, which means the people who sell you the flat are the people supervising the site.

How we got here

We started in 2015 as a contracting team taking on finishing work for other developers. That is a useful way to learn something: you see exactly where projects go wrong — rushed handovers, unfinished common areas, quotations that quietly grow between signing and possession.

In 2021 we took on our first project end-to-end. We kept the size small on purpose, and we have stayed that way. Today we have 2 live developments in Hinjewadi and Wagholi, totalling a little over 200 homes.

We are not the cheapest developer in Pune and we do not try to be. What we offer is a flat you can walk into today, a price that does not move, and a phone number that a human answers.

    Founded

    Started as a two-person contracting team in Pune.

  2. 2018

    First RERA-registered launch

    Our first registered residential project in Hinjewadi sold out before completion.

  3. 2021

    Moved into development

    Took on our first project end-to-end, from land acquisition to possession.

  4. 2026

    Two live projects

    2 developments open in Hinjewadi and Wagholi.

What we hold ourselves to

  • We quote one number

    The price we discuss is the price on the agreement. If a cost genuinely changes mid-construction, we absorb it or we tell you before you pay anything more.

  • We do not run a call centre

    You speak to the person managing your project, from the first site visit to the day you get your keys.

  • We build fewer homes on purpose

    Two projects a year is deliberate. It keeps supervision on-site and keeps our quality problems visible instead of buried.

  • Handover, not possession date

    We only call a project handed over once the lift works, the water is connected, the gates close and the keys turn.
